RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
Stock items ship within (1-2) business days.
We accept returns or exchanges on new, unaltered merchandise within (40) days from the date that the order was fulfilled. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If Free Returns + Package Protection has been purchased, then we will supply a shipping label to facilitate the return.
Customers who choose not to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection, but are interested in an exchange, then we will be supplied a shipping label to facilitate the exchange.
Customers who choose not to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection, but are interested in returning an order for a refund, are responsible for all costs associated with the return.
Also, the average processing time for returns and/or exchanges is approximately (7) business days, and all refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
A manufacturer's warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date of all items, excluding golf bags, and is limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship only.
International customers are responsible for all costs associated with initiating and processing a warranty claim.
LASER ENGRAVING DISCLAIMER
Items with laser engraved personalization are estimated to ship within (1-2) weeks.
The laser engraving process is not an exact science, meaning that the results may vary due to the differences in porosity of each leather. These differences can affect the appearance, color, and brightness of the live preview provided on the website.
EXOTIC LEATHER BELTS
Custom Belts are estimated to ship within (6-8) weeks, depending on the time of year and our production schedule.
Each genuine exotic leather item is handmade to your specifications and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we do not ship genuine exotic leather items outside of the USA, and any order placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
