GENERAL
  • Stock items are estimated to ship within (1-2) business days.

Tip: If you have an upcoming event or deadline, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

  • We accept returns or exchanges on new, unaltered merchandise within (40) days from the date that the order was fulfilled. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

  • The average processing time for returns and/or exchanges is approximately (7) days, and all refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Our shipping and return policies only apply to orders shipped within the USA. All International customers are responsible for all costs associated with initiating and processing a warranty claim.

  • Only Items purchased directly from www.aceofclubsgolfco.com with valid order information are eligible for returns and exchanges. 

FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION

  • If Free Returns & Package Protection has been purchased, we will supply a shipping label to facilitate the return.

  • Customers who choose not to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection, but are interested in an exchange, then we will be supplied a shipping label to facilitate the exchange.

  • Customers who choose not to purchase Free Returns & Package Protection, but are interested in returning an order for a refund our responsible for all costs associated with the return.
  • Purchasing the Free Returns & Package Protection does not negate our return policy regarding custom items or items made from genuine exotic skin.
FREE SHIPPING
  • All orders placed using the FREE SHIPPING offer will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail Service.
  • This offer only applies to orders shipped within the USA.
SALE ITEMS
  • All "sale" items, which have been discounted from the original price by the retailer, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
  • A limited manufacturer's warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date of all items, and is limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship only.
  • International customers are responsible for all costs associated with initiating and processing a warranty claim.
LASER ENGRAVING
  • Items with laser-engraved personalization are estimated to ship in approximately (7) days.
  • The laser engraving process is not an exact science, meaning that the results may vary due to the differences in porosity of each leather. These differences can affect the appearance, color, and brightness of the live preview provided on the website.
GENUINE EXOTIC SKIN ITEMS
  • Each genuine exotic leather item is made-to-order to your specifications, considered a "custom" item, and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not ship genuine exotic skin items outside of the USA, and any order placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
CUSTOM ORDERS
  • All custom belts, headcovers, golf bags, and genuine exotic skin items are estimated to ship within (6-8) weeks, depending on the time of year and our production schedule. 
  • Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
  • All pre-order items are estimated to ship within (6) weeks.

We encourage you to review our BELT SIZE GUIDE before placing an order to ensure the correct size.

Tip: Measure your current belt from the buckle (not including the buckle) to the hole the prong occupies. That measurement is your belt size.
