RETURN POLICY


GENERAL

We accept returns or exchanges on new, unaltered merchandise within (40) days from the date that the order was fulfilled. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

If returning an order for an exchange or store credit, we will supply a shipping label to facilitate the return. However, customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return of all golf bags.

If returning an order for a refund, a $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original order amount. 

Also, the average processing time for returns and exchanges is approximately (7) business days, and all refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

In addition, only Items purchased directly from www.aceofclubsgolfco.com with valid order information are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Our shipping and return policy only applies to orders shipped within the domestic USA.
All orders placed using our FREE SHIPPING offer will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail Service.
SALE ITEMS
All "sale" items are final sale items, which means that they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

A manufacturers warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date of all items excluding golf bags, and is limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship only.

International customers are responsible for all costs associated with initiating and the processing of a warranty claim.

LASER ENGARVING DISCLAIMER
The laser engraving process is not an exact science, meaning that the results of the may vary due to the differences in porosity of each leather. These differences can effect the appearance, color and brightness from the live preview provided on the website.
EXOTIC LEATHER BELTS

Each genuine exotic leather belt is handmade to your specifications, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CUSTOM BELTS, HEADCOVERS, GOLF BAGS & ACCESSORIES
Custom orders for these items are made-to-order and take approximately (30) business days to be delivered depending on the time of year, current production schedule and the service level selected. 
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CUSTOM GOLF BAGS

All custom golf bags are made to order and take approximately 30-75 days to be delivered depending on the service selected at the time of order;

Standard Service = 30 day production time + 45 day estimated transit time

Express Service = 30 day production time + 15 day estimated transit time

Expedited Service = 15 day production time + 15 day estimated transit time
