1. CONTACT US to request a return shipping label. Once we receive your request, we will create a return authorization for your order and send you a return shipping label.
2. Print the return shipping label, attach it to a package containing your items, along with the contents packing list and deliver the package to the nearest USPS Facility.
3. Upon receipt of your return package, we will inspect the items and process the refund back to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
All return items must be returned in new condition with tags attached within (30) days of the original purchase date.
A manufacturers warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date and is limited to defects in craftsmanship only.
All sales on Custom Orders are final.
