FREE & EASY RETURN POLICY
Within (30) days of receipt, you may return your order for any reason, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error. We cannot return/exchange custom items, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
1. CONTACT US to request a return authorization and shipping label. Upon approval of the request, we will email you a return shipping label.
2. Print the return shipping label, attach it to a bubble mailer envelope containing the items, packing list, or a note with instructions, and deliver the package to the nearest USPS Facility.
3. Upon receipt of the package, we will inspect the items and process the exchange of refund.
A manufacturers warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date and is limited to defects in craftsmanship only.
All sales on Personalized and Custom items are final and are not eligible to be retuned or exchanged.
