COVID POLICY
During this difficult time we are doing our very best to comply with guidance from CDC, OSHA and related health agencies on preventing workplace exposures to and reducing the spread of COVID-19.
1. What we are doing for our team
- Our main concern is ensuring the health and safety of our team, so we are strictly adhering to updated cleaning and social distancing measures at all of our facilities.
- We have distributed personal protective gear, such as face masks and gloves to our team.
2. What we are doing for customers
- We have adapted new enhanced cleaning efforts at all of our facilities.
- We have updated our Return Policy to provide customers an additional (60) days to return orders.
3. We are anticipating shipping delays
- We are currently shipping all stock orders within 1 day, and all custom orders within 5-7 days. However, you may experience shipping delays with your order, but please know we are monitoring the situation closely and will make every effort to keep you updated on the status of your order until it has been delivered.
